REGULATORY IN BANKING AND FINANCE provides knowledge on banking and regulation in Malaysia. It emphasizes the law that regulates financial institutions with special focus on bank regulations, law relating to principles of lending, security for loans and advances and loan recovery with insolvency problem. This course enables students to understand and apply knowledge of the law on banking and finance in financial transactions that involve loans and security and laws governing the transactions.
