DKM50103 - MARINE AUXILLIARY MACHINERY 2

MARINE AUXILIARY MACHINERY 2 exposes the students to understand the working principles of marine auxiliary machinery in theory and practice as well as the related thermodynamics and fluid processes. 

The students also will be able to relate the principal components, operating system, trouble-shoot and maintenance of the marine auxiliary machinery. This syllabus covers the requirements of the STCW Code, chapter III, section A- III/1. This functional element provides the detailed knowledge to support the training outcomes related to Maintenance and Repair at the Operational Level.
