Total Quality Management covers the principles and concept of Total Quality Management. Main topics cover aspects of TQM principles and concepts involving leadership, customer satisfaction, employee involvement, continuous process improvement and performances measurement. The course focuses on the tools and techniques commonly used to analyze the existing state of a manufacturing environment, including quality management system, environmental management system, management tools and statistical process control.
